Estimates and approval
Website prices are preliminary planning estimates, not binding offers. Final pricing depends on dimensions, condition, access, materials and the agreed work. Any applicable taxes are identified in the final written total. Additional work requires customer approval.
Submitting a request
A form submission starts an inquiry. It does not confirm an appointment, reserve a time, authorize work or create a charge. Availability and scheduling are confirmed directly with you.
Scope and exclusions
Cap pricing includes the stated cap, compatible hardware and standard-access installation. Unless listed in the written proposal, cleaning, wildlife removal, crown or masonry repairs, flashing work, liners and special access equipment are separate. Informational guidance and photographs do not substitute for an appropriate on-site evaluation.
Products, custom orders and timing
Product model, finish, dimensions and compatibility are confirmed before ordering. Custom fabrication, weather, safe access and material curing can affect timing. Any deposit, cancellation or custom-order conditions will be presented before authorization.
Warranties and payment
Manufacturer warranties vary by product and do not automatically include labor. Any workmanship warranty, exclusions and payment schedule are stated in the written service agreement. This website makes no blanket lifetime warranty or fixed-service-life promise.
Emergencies and use of equipment
This website is not monitored as an emergency service. In an immediate danger, suspected chimney fire or carbon monoxide emergency, leave the property and call 911. Follow appliance instructions and obtain appropriate evaluation before reusing a system with suspected damage.
